Refunds

Photo prints and calendars are printed to order. Therefore, returns are not accepted.

If your order has been damaged in shipping, please take photos of the shipping box/envelope and of the damaged product and email us at info@adamsilvermanphoto.com, so that we may initiate an insurance claim.

Shipping

Calendars:

Yearly calendars will begin shipping as soon as we receive them from the printer — generally late November to early December.

Pre-order calendars will be shipped as soon as possible — but it may be a couple weeks after your order. Don’t worry. This is totally normal! (That’s what pre-order is, after all.)

Calendars ordered after the pre-order period has ended but before they are in stock will ship as soon as the calendar stock is received.

Calendars ordered once the calendars are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days!

All calendars will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Other Prints / Products:

All other prints (photo paper, canvas, aluminum) and any other gift items (coasters, etc.) are exclusively made to order and will ship to you directly from the print shop.

The turnaround time for these items is generally only a few days plus a few days for shipping. (However, any delays are out of our control.)
