Total Solar Eclipse and Mountain Light

Seconds before totality ends during the April 8 solar eclipse, light returns to the peak of Mount Katahdin, 23 miles to the west, while the foreground is still in the moon’s shadow.

Photo print will be printed by a photo lab and ship directly to you. Images will be printed without a watermark.

While the solar eclipse is in totality on Ash Hill in Patten, Maine, sunlight returns to the 5,269-foot summit of Mt. Katahdin nearly 23 miles to the west.

Available printed on photo paper or aluminum in a variety of sizes. Photo paper images will arrive unframed and will need to be framed before hanging. Aluminum prints will arrive ready for hanging.
